You will be managing all aspects of customer engagement including customer’s demand schedule, credit issues, quote management, and product knowledge. This role is pivotal in the success of our business!What you’ll be working on● Developing and maintaining relationships with customers’ while meeting and surpassing assigned sales goals● Seeking out new opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, and connecting with current and potential customers to generate sales revenue● Setting ****ives with local management and determining appropriate customer calls to be made● Completion of pre-call preparation and qualifying for potential customers● Working collaboratively with branch management and inside sales teams on customer visitsWe’re looking for someone with● University degree an asset, or equivalent work experience● 3+ years of sales experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in the electronics distribution industry)● Strong communication and relationship building skills● Results-oriented work ethic and ability to perform under pressure● Desire to delight customers - you anticipate customer needs and exceed expectationsIt’d be great if you have● Negotiation skills - you have the ability to persuade and influence● Bilingual in English - written and spokenWhy join usAt Future Electronics, we mean it when we say we care about our employees.
