崗位職責：1、訂單處理，協(xié)助銷售做報價單、做合同、安排發(fā)貨、發(fā)票、安排技術(shù)服務(wù)工程師；2、負責公司銷售相關(guān)文件資料的管理、歸類、整理、建檔和保管工作；3、負責各類銷售指標的月度、季度、年度統(tǒng)計報表和報告的制作、編寫，并隨時答復領(lǐng)導對銷售動態(tài)情況的質(zhì)詢；4、負責收集、整理、歸納市場行情、價格，以及新產(chǎn)品、替代品、客源等信息資料，提出分析報告，為部門業(yè)務(wù)人員、領(lǐng)導決策提供參考；5、協(xié)助銷售人員做好上門客戶的接待和電話來訪工作。崗位要求：1、大專及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限；2、3年以上銷售跟單相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；3、語言表達能力強，善于溝通，具有較強的承受壓力的能力和積極主動的服務(wù)精神。
