崗位職責(zé)： 1. 深入研究模型壓縮與優(yōu)化前沿技術(shù)，持續(xù)探索并跟進如 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、OpenVINO 等不同深度學(xué)習(xí)推理和加速框架的最新進展，通過模型剪枝、量化、蒸餾等技術(shù)手段，實現(xiàn)模型輕量化與性能優(yōu)化，提升模型在各類硬件平臺上的推理效率； 2. 負責(zé)感知、規(guī)劃、端到端無人駕駛等深度學(xué)習(xí)算法在嵌入式設(shè)備、邊緣計算平臺（OrinX, J6等）及云端服務(wù)器的全流程部署工作，包括環(huán)境搭建、模型轉(zhuǎn)換、性能調(diào)優(yōu)，確保算法在實際應(yīng)用場景中高效、穩(wěn)定運行； 3. 與算法研發(fā)團隊緊密協(xié)作，參與 AI 模型的設(shè)計與開發(fā)階段，從部署可行性角度提供專業(yè)建議，推動算法模型與工程實踐的深度融合； 4. 針對部署過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，進行系統(tǒng)性的故障排查與性能分析，提出有效的解決方案，保障 AI 系統(tǒng)的可靠性與穩(wěn)定性。同時，積極關(guān)注行業(yè)動態(tài)，探索新的技術(shù)和方法，為公司 AI 項目的持續(xù)優(yōu)化提供技術(shù)支持。 崗位要求： 1. 教育背景：計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)、電子信息、人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷； 2. 編程能力：具備扎實的 C++、Python 開發(fā)能力，能夠熟練運用兩種語言進行復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的實現(xiàn)與系統(tǒng)開發(fā)； 3. 深度學(xué)習(xí)框架：熟練掌握 Pytorch 深度學(xué)習(xí)框架，熟悉其底層原理與高級特性，能夠靈活運用框架實現(xiàn)模型的訓(xùn)練、調(diào)試與部署； 4. 技術(shù)實踐：精通深度學(xué)習(xí)模型的蒸餾、剪枝、量化等優(yōu)化技術(shù)，擁有實際項目開發(fā)經(jīng)歷，能夠?qū)⒗碚撝R應(yīng)用于實踐，解決實際工程問題； 5. 加分項：具備 CUDA 開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，能夠充分發(fā)揮 GPU 并行計算能力，加速模型推理；擁有 Transformer 相關(guān)深度學(xué)習(xí)模型部署經(jīng)驗，熟悉其架構(gòu)特點與部署要點者優(yōu)先考慮； 6. 其他能力：具備良好的團隊協(xié)作精神、溝通能力和問題解決能力，能夠在跨部門協(xié)作中高效推進項目；對新技術(shù)保持敏銳的洞察力和學(xué)習(xí)熱情，能夠快速掌握并應(yīng)用新興的 AI 部署技術(shù)。
