關(guān)鍵職責(zé):1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校各類宣傳策劃文案的撰寫和編輯，如微博、小紅書、視頻號等平臺的內(nèi)容輸出，根據(jù)學(xué)校營銷策略，策劃創(chuàng)意，撰寫文案，發(fā)布高質(zhì)量內(nèi)容，提供學(xué)校知名度和用戶粘性；2. 負(fù)責(zé)項目各類對外宣傳軟文擬寫，大型活動軟文宣傳擬寫、公眾號推文擬寫、排版設(shè)計；3. 捕捉行業(yè)行業(yè)熱點，編輯產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容，通過有效運營手段提升學(xué)校平排知名度和品牌形象；4. 協(xié)助進行資源分析與市場調(diào)研，對市場推廣數(shù)據(jù)和信息進行匯總、整理、分析并及時跟進反饋，提出創(chuàng)新方法，撰寫相關(guān)專項報告；5. 協(xié)助市場部尋找和開拓有效推廣渠道，進行學(xué)校品牌對外宣傳、咨詢及合作，加強與目標(biāo)客戶的聯(lián)系溝通，提高學(xué)校品牌知名度；6. 協(xié)助完成各項市場外部活動和學(xué)校內(nèi)部活動的策劃、籌備、實施和運作；包括但不限于:統(tǒng)籌和開展每周的家長宣講會或者家長工作坊活動制定活動執(zhí)行流程和進度表，協(xié)調(diào)各部門執(zhí)行活動分項；活動物資的整理與準(zhǔn)備，活動前和活動現(xiàn)場的人員安排與事項跟進；7. 按規(guī)定完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。任職要求：1. 本科學(xué)歷, 設(shè)計, 新聞,中文,英語相關(guān)專業(yè), 有廣告公司或自媒體相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；2. 2年以上文案撰寫經(jīng)驗以上（微信公眾號，微博等）, 熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)化表達(dá)方式；3. 中英文文案寫作能力優(yōu)秀，英語口語熟練，能流利進行英語交流對話；4. 以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向，能夠快速學(xué)習(xí)，動手能力強，做事積極，注重細(xì)節(jié)；5. 具有優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力，結(jié)合團隊精神與跨文化意識；6. 有敏銳的洞察力和判斷能力，能夠迅速應(yīng)對處理突發(fā)事件。
