Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, experienced bold creative leader with great ideas and hungry to innovate in the digital space with strong focus on digital strategies. The successful candidate will drive product vision, creative direction, user experience and interactive strategy on connected platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop outstanding, innovative ideas, communicate concepts and manage creative through to final execution and product / service evolution
2. Direct user experience and inter for all digital products
3. Work with marketing and research group to test and refine designs and prototypes.
4. Develop mobile application guide and standards.
5. Ensure that design team efforts are in sync with the business partners business goals, expectations, and budget.
6. Actively collaborate with local and global teams to ensure creative is relevant and on brand
7. Manage assets and information flow to and from various creative partners and agencies
8. Taking project lead and responsibility on art directional and design projects, leading the creative team on the project and meet & guide the client from creative side
9. Support business ideas during sales and project phase via conceptualize and executing communication deliverables like, for example, static and interactive presentations.

Requirement:
1. Must be capable of bringing forth innovative ideas and develop top quality digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have strategic foresight, creativity and importantly passion!
2. Clear view of current marketing trends and up to date with latest trends in design, digital and brand experience
3. Exceptional eye for detail, sensitivity to the user experiences and passion for new digital trends
4. Must possess high level of enthusiasm and be a strong team p
5. Design (online and offline) interactive visualizations of complex data for a non-technical audience
6. Creative mind and storytelling skills
7. Review shooting and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution
8. Production, editing and post production of testimonial videos, interviews, advertisements and event coverage videos.
9. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
10. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
11. Concept, design and production of digital UI (mobile, tablet, web)
12. Concept, design, production and maintenance of company websites and online presence
13. Strong oral and written communication skills
14. Graduate of design, interactive media, advertising or related fields.
15. Strong portfolio showcasing creative experience
16. Outstanding capacity to express ideas and present it
17. Cross-functional collaboration skills
18. Have a complete strategic understanding of interactive communication, brands, marketing and business ives beyond creative elements.
19. Bachelor degree or above in a design-related discipline
20. Experience with automotive (B2B and B2C) concepts and deliverables
21. Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes
22. Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Axure, Balsamiq, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc…
23. Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wires, prototypes, etc)
24. Have a strategic perspective on the variety of work including business brand, and/or strategic experience are desirable.
25. Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions, including the capabilities and limitations of Web technologies HTML5, CSS, JS, and various other technologies a plus
26. Strong knowledge of design process and project management
27. Strong online portfolio available for viewing
28. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills also in English.
