- Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition

- Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the responsible segments / brands by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
通過市場細分和定位，為細分市場及品牌發(fā)展制定市場戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)術(shù)解決方案

- Creating and implementing marketing plans through internal training, customer education collaboration, key account involvement / projects
通過內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)，客戶教育合作，關(guān)鍵客戶參與項目創(chuàng)建實施營銷計劃

- Provide key selling points according to product benefits and features to sales team and assist sales force to develop customized and effective messaging in their assigned territory.
根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的特性以及優(yōu)勢向銷售團隊提供產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵賣點，幫助銷售隊伍在他們的指定區(qū)域里定制有效的營銷戰(zhàn)略。


任職要求：
- Bachelor degree, hearing major is preferred
本科學(xué)歷，聽力醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
- Minimum 8 years sales and marketing experience in medical device relevant industry, Minimum 5 years related position experience.
八年以上醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)行業(yè)銷售和市場工作經(jīng)驗，5年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗。
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
優(yōu)秀的表達能力和銷售談判技巧。
- Strong analytical and process skills
