Electrician engineer will be responsible to run, maintain, repair and improve all control aspects of the highly automatic production line within FAIST ChemTec (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. Product of FAIST ChemTec are bitumen based noise dampening materials for automotive industry, e.g. Benz, BMW, Porsche and other brands. Those bitumen foils are produced by a highly automatic endless production line which includes e.g. a bitumen and other material automatic weighting and mixing section, calendaring belt, automatic attachment of foils and glue and automatic punching press station. The line is automatically controlled where at least the punching press should be fully integrated up to ERP through an MES system. The production line has numerous sensors for automatic control and to sense current status of line. Simatic S7 is used to control the production line of FAIST plant.

Responsibilities of Electrician Engineer:

1. Support FAIST experts and setup and installation of automatic line control in FAIST Tianjin plant

2. Daily maintenance and repair of Simatic S7 based production line including electronics, sensors and software code related to automatic line control
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線Simatic S7系統(tǒng)的日常維護(hù)、維修，負(fù)責(zé)其與自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)線控制相關(guān)的電氣、傳感器和軟件編程部分的工作

3. Continuous improvement of Simatic S7 code to increase quality and throughput of FAIST Tianjin plant
負(fù)責(zé)不斷完善Simatic S7編程，以提升法斯德天津工廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能

4. Error or malfunction analysis to find root cause of production stops or problems in either Simatic S7 code or hardware (sensors, electrical wiring, switching boxes and control equipment)
負(fù)責(zé)錯(cuò)誤或故障分析，找到產(chǎn)線停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的真因或Simatic S7系統(tǒng)的軟件或硬件（感應(yīng)器、電線、開關(guān)箱和控制設(shè)備）故障。

5. Communication with line control experts in Germany, to share experiences improvements of Tianjin plant
負(fù)責(zé)與德國(guó)產(chǎn)線控制專家交流，分享改善天津工廠自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Job Requirement:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation or other related majors
大專或以上學(xué)歷，主修機(jī)械，或自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. More than 3 years’ working experience with equipment maintenance; Experience in automated production line maintenance is preferred
3年以上設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),有自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮

3. Mater the use of Siemens S7-1500/1200 Control System
精通西門子S7-1500/1200控制系統(tǒng)

4. Proficient in low-voltage electrical power distribution, inverter, servo control motor, servo controller and related knowledge; extremely strong at handling automatic fault; high voltage network operation experience is preferred
熟練掌握低壓電器配電、變頻器、伺服控制電機(jī)，伺服控制器及相關(guān)知識(shí)，極強(qiáng)的自動(dòng)化故障處理能力； 有高壓入網(wǎng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮

5. Familiar with mechanical principle, able to use Auto CAD, pro or solid work and other drawing software, and able to map non-standard parts
