主要職責:- 負責對外聯(lián)絡翻譯，負責校長與多方的溝通的翻譯工作，包括高層領導、教職員工、學生家長及其它來訪者。承擔口頭翻譯的工作和各類文件資料的翻譯（中英互譯）；- 負責會議翻譯，按要求安排場地和組織會議，并承擔翻譯、編寫會議記錄等工作，負責各類數(shù)據(jù)報表的填報、匯總、數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)；- 負責資料翻譯，協(xié)助校長處理行政相關事宜，以高標準起草各類雙語公文、通知、演示文稿制作等，對相關資料進行整理并歸檔保存；- 負責日常行政工作翻譯，包括但不限于文件、通知、宣傳資料和其他行政或教學相關資料；- 為校長提供秘書支持，負責協(xié)調(diào)校長的日程安排，管理校長的日常會議預約、做好出行服務工作、辦理費用報銷等工作；- 負責協(xié)調(diào)各部門運作，推進、督促、確保各項規(guī)章制度、相關工作落實到位；- 必要時為學校其它部門提供支持/協(xié)助，包括但不限于行政、市場招生、學生事務等；- 完成校長及領導交代的其他工作。Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for translation for external contacts, interpreting for the principal’s communications with multiple parties, including senior leaders, staff, students' parents, and other visitors. Undertake oral translation tasks and translation of various documents and materials (Chinese and English translation).- Responsible for the translation of meetings, arranging venues and organising meetings according to requirements, and undertaking the tasks of translation, preparation of minutes, etc., and the completion of various types of data forms, summaries, and data presentation.- Responsible for translating documents, assisting the School Principal in administrative related matters, drafting all types of bilingual correspondence, notices, presentation production, etc. with high standards, and organising and archiving relevant materials.- Responsible for the translation of daily administrative tasks including - but not limited to - documents, notices, promotional materials and other administrative or instructional related documents.- Provide secretarial support to the school Principal, responsible for coordinating the principal’s schedule, managing the principal’s daily meeting appointments, performing travelling services, and processing expense reimbursements.- Responsible for coordinating the operation of different departments, promoting, supervising, and ensuring the implementation of various rules and regulations and related tasks. - Provide support/ assistance to other school departments as necessary, including administration, marketing admissions, student affairs, etc.- Completes other duties as assigned by the Principal and WLT leadership.任職要求:- 大學本科及以上學歷，有海外留學或海外工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮；- 有新聞、傳媒、英語文學、教育學等專業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先考慮，有教師資格證優(yōu)先考慮- 熱愛教育事業(yè)，有強烈的進取心，善于學習，有良好的團隊精神和職業(yè)道德；- 具備優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力和寫作能力，具備良好的國際視野和跨文化溝通能力；- 具備優(yōu)秀的適應能力、抗壓能力、組織能力、執(zhí)行能力；- 具備良好的溝通能力和項目管理能力，能高效進行跨部門協(xié)作，具備較強的團隊合作精神，推進團隊共同目標的達成，一定的應變處置能力。Skills and Experience Required- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred candidates with overseas study or overseas working experience.- Preferred to those with professional **** in journalism, media, English literature, education, etc. Preferred to those with Teacher Qualification Certificate.- Passionate about education, strong enterprising spirit, good at learning, excellent teamwork, and professional ethics.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a good international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.- Excellent adaptability, stress tolerance, organisational and execution skills.- Excellent communication and project management skills, efficient cross-departmental collaboration, strong teamwork spirit, promoting the achievement of common team goals, and a strong ability to adapt to changing situation.
