Job Details：
1. Responsible to implement, deploy and manage the Welding Master Control Plan to ensure the reliability of the welding processes and product.
2. Responsible to ensure that all applicable Customer standards & Gestamp Standards for welding processes are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements.
3. Responsible to audit the compliance of the welding material test programs according the sampling frequency established in control plans.
4. Supervision of welders and welding operations on crucial weld operations.
5. Responsible to ensure the welding processes meet customer specifications and good work practices.
6. Responsible to drive quality improvements in welding operations.
7. Responsible of the identification, procurement, and implementation of welding equipment and/or fixture needs for current programs, and assists the Project team with the identification needs for new programs.
8. Sets and monitors SPC data for key process characteristics to ensure welding porcess control
9. Participate in the APQP gate reviews, technical reviews etc. and report on the status of plant activities.
10. Maintain Lessons learned data bases to provide feedback for new programs and processes.
11. To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.
12. Other activities as related to the scope of the position.

Requirements;
1. B.S. in Welding Engineering, Metallurgical or Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines within engineering
2. Knowledge of welding processes and industrial applications such as Resistance spot welding (RSW), Resistance Projection Welding (RPW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), MIG Braze
3. Good analytical ability & communication skills
4. Additional Knowledge of quality management systems, Quality tools, six sigma etc.
5. Quality control techniques Core tools (SPC, MSA, AMEF, PC, APQP y PPAP)
6. Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary teams
7. Fast respond and problem solving

我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的首家工廠成立于2008年，位于江蘇省昆山市，自此開(kāi)始正式進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)。海斯坦普的上海辦公室于2007年7月成立，于2009年升級(jí)為海斯坦普亞太區(qū)管理總部。集團(tuán)自2010年收購(gòu)了愛(ài)德夏后，開(kāi)啟了迅猛發(fā)展的模式，于2011年收購(gòu)了蒂森克虜伯金屬成型武漢工廠，在短短的3年內(nèi)新建了5個(gè)工廠（2012年的重慶工廠、2013年的沈陽(yáng)工廠、2013年的昆山愛(ài)德夏工廠、2014年的東莞工廠和2014年的昆山工廠2期）。目前，在中國(guó)制造的關(guān)鍵汽車零部件主要有：A柱總成、B柱總成、地板加固件、牽引力操縱桿、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸掛機(jī)架、門檻板、車門鉸鏈，車門限位器，自動(dòng)開(kāi)閉系統(tǒng)和駕駛控制系統(tǒng)等。截止至2016年，我們主要的客戶有大眾、福特、標(biāo)致、通用、寶馬、吉利沃爾沃、捷豹路虎、戴姆勒、廣汽、現(xiàn)代、本田和雷諾-尼桑。

隨著海斯坦普集團(tuán)在中國(guó)地區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展， 我們即將在中國(guó)天津武清開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)建立一家全新的工廠，計(jì)劃于2017年建成投產(chǎn)，辦公地址位于天津市 武清開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū) 泉匯路開(kāi)源道附近。海斯坦普天津工廠將主要為京津地區(qū)的客戶提供卓越的產(chǎn)品解決方案，如北京奔馳、北汽福田、一汽大眾、一汽豐田等。
