Requirements:
1) Responsible to compile and improve the documentation and procedures of EHS for compliance.
2) Familiar with the laws and regulation related to EHS and follow up their updating; immediately communicate with the company internally about the latest change and requirement. Be familiar with and research regulatory requirements as needed
3) Organize and implement EHS activities and make the good preparation for external audit.
4) Organize EHS internal audit for the effectiveness and efficiency. Undertake Safety Observation Tours and audit/inspect the site for identification of hazards and ensuring that the assets are properly maintained to company regulation.
5) Develop, gather and maintain EHS data for routine EHS reports and regulatory documents.
6) Interface with national and local Environmental/Safety Agencies as internal and external contact
7) Support functions and businesses on all aspects of environment, health and safety aspects as applicable to site activities.
8) Co-ordinate activities with the project/facilities/contractor staff, ensuring that EHS requirements are implemented at the site.
9) Support businesses and enabling functions in safe commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of equipment & machineries. Ensuring equipment specific preventive maintenance programs for all critical to health and safety equipment and advise the end users from time to time.
10) Support development, implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health and Safety framework plans and procedures at the site. Sound knowledge about permit to work system with an ability to execute the projects along with the teams.
11) Ensure compliance with the site specific EHS plans, programs and regulatory requirements
12) Administer a site EHS induction training program and assist with other training as required.
13) Assist in the incident investigation and follow up action for effective implementation of corrective & preventive actions.
14) Report Environment, Health and Safety metrics and audit findings
15) Other instructed duties can be completed on time and exactly.

Qualification：
1) Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical or electrical Engineering or equivalent or related field with specialized diploma/degree in industrial safety from reputed institutions.
2) 4-6 years of experience out of which at least minimum 2 years’ experience in EHS function at site level.
3) Requires excellent understanding of health and safety in manufacturing and the role a EHS system plays in managing the overall risk profile of a sites.
4) Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
5) Good skill in computer operation such as word, excel and power point.
6) Responsible, willing to learn, endure the pressure and must be a team player with ability to drive results;
7) Ability to work independently to determine priorities and manage multiple assignments.
8) Good skill in communication and good team cooperation spirit.
