職責(zé)描述：
? Work closely and effectively with Head of Quality - Apparel and be responsible for Quality Control activities in China & Cambodia
? Overseeing the QC teams throughout this region lead the interpretation and implementation of quality requirement directives
? Responsible for leading Quality Control function and managing the factory technical audit and inspections of products (both inline and final) in accordance with Kmart established quality requirements
? Provide high level of technical advice and expertise to Merchandising team, suppliers/vendors and related parties of the product quality and safety issues
? Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management
任職要求：
? Appropriate qualification in production and quality disciplines
? Minimum 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality Management
? Should be technically knowledgeable in garment construction sewing methods , systems and machines.
? Specific experience in factory manufacturing practices, SOPS, the lean approach and Right First Time.
? Experience with Australia & International safety
? Be solution oriented and understand Process improvement
? Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion
? Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
? Excellent communications skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and influence management level in Australia
? Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
? Broad understanding of relevant legislative requirements
? Excellent business sense and proficient analytical and reporting skills
? A good knowledge of English technical descriptions on apparel
? Be able to write / read / speak in English proficiently ( Intermediate standard as a minimum)
